1. Do you accept insurance? Yes, for more information on accepted plans, please visit the rates tab. 
  2. Do you see couples or families? We do not see couples or families at this time.
  3. Do you see children? We do not see any clients younger than 18 years of age. 
  4. I would like an in-person session, is this possible? We do not have a physical office but plan on offering in-person sessions in the future. Once this is available, the portal will be updated to reflect the new options. All sessions are virtual until further notice. 
  5. I have an unpredictable schedule, can I still go to therapy? Absolutely! We will work with you to schedule your sessions at times that work for you. They do not have to be at the same time or on the same day every week. 
  6. Are there cancellation fees? We do not charge fees for cancellations at this time however, I do ask that you notify via text or phone call within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and cancel the appointment in the portal. This allows the appointment to be open for others that may need your appointment time. 
  7. Is there a no-show fee? You will receive a courtesy warning for the first no-show, but following no-shows will incur a fee of $50 per occurrence.
